The Impact You Will Make

This is a senior role where you will operate as a strategic leader, combining technical excellence with people management and business development. Your core mission is to elevate both our service quality and our team capabilities.

Client Ownership & Quality Assurance

Own key client accounts, serving as the trusted main contact. Take ultimate responsibility for the accuracy, quality, and compliance of all client deliverables (statutory accounts, tax returns, etc.).

Leadership & Workflow Strategy

Lead your team by managing workflow, setting high-performance standards, and ensuring all client and statutory deadlines are met efficiently.

Growth & Innovation

Nurture client relationships, identify opportunities to expand service delivery, and actively contribute to the firm's new business generation targets. You'll drive efficiency by constantly improving processes and adapting to future software, like the evolution of MTD.

Team Development

Mentor, train, and champion the professional growth of your team members, ensuring everyone achieves their minimum performance and development goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Key Leadership Skills:

Our Commitment to Standards

ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CTA Qualified or possess equivalent substantial experience preparing statutory accounts and tax returns within a Practice environment.
Demonstrable expertise in Xero and the ability to proactively adapt to new software and technology developments.
A Full Driving Licence and Own Vehicle are required

Proven people management and supervisory skills gained from managing a team in an accountancy practice.
The ambition and drive to contribute to new business generation.
