Why i like working at Abacus....
I have loved working at Abacus for the past 5 years. We work with clients from lots of different industries and backgrounds so there is a lot of variety in the work we do. As we are a small team I work closely with my colleagues and the leadership team are keen to create a supportive, family working environment. I feel appreciated by my clients and the Abacus team, and there is a positive atmosphere in our office. My monthly work goals are clear and achievements are celebrated. The leadership team are very compassionate and understand that sometimes "life happens" and as such are very flexible regarding working from home and understanding regarding emergencies.
